Ingredients

  • 60 ml (2 oz) of your favorite Quebec gin

  • 15 ml (½ oz) TRACE lavender-infused maple syrup

  • 120 ml (4 oz) blood orange soda

  • Ice

  • Blood orange wedge and sprig of lavender (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with ice.

  2. Pour in the gin and lavender-infused maple syrup.

  3. Top with blood orange soda.

  4. Stir gently to preserve the effervescence.

  5. Garnish with a blood orange wedge and a sprig of lavender, then serve.
