Boreal Maple Chicken Thighs

The great thing about maple is that it pairs wonderfully with meats, poultry and even fish. This chicken thigh recipe is easy, quick and honestly delicious!

Ingredients :

2 Quebec grain-fed chicken thighs (or of thigh highs )

¼ cup (60ml) of Boreal maple syrup with crab mushrooms

1/8 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

30ml of water

Preparation :

Preheat oven to 350°F

In a hot pan, brown the chicken on the skin side.

After a nice coloring, turn and add the paprika and seasonings.

Reduce the heat to low-medium, add the boreal maple syrup and using a spoon, baste the chicken generously.

Finish cooking in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
