Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Once we receive your refund request via email, we will send you a return form with return instructions. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refund Process

We will process your refund request upon receiving your returned item. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
